Waaay back in April the samba school finished filming a new programme for BBC Cbeebies , a show that is called ‘Space Pirates‘ … Its coming up on your screen this month so look out for it! its aired on Saturdays and Sundays and has received some great reviews (notably by Chris Moyles on Radio One) for bringing a variety of quality music to childrens programming.The Liverpool samba school band played ‘happy music’ for dancing, in full costume and also featured some of our dancers. Some of the sequences we filmed involved us looking miserable, then very happy once we started playing (hang on, that happens every week…
